Order Processing: Once you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll reach out to you immediately.
Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: Small items ship with UPS, FedEx, or USPS. They usually do not need a delivery signature.
- Freight Shipping: Large or heavy items ship with a box truck to your curbside or loading dock. They will schedule a delivery appointment when the shipment is in your area.
Delivery Timeline:
- Processing: Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order in our system.
- Handling Time: Some items take longer than others to get ready for shipment. This product should ship out in Lead Time May Vary days from the time it is processed.
- Transit Time: Once shipped, we will send you the tracking number. Ground orders take 1-5 business days. Freight shipments may take 3-10 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery Appointment: For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to set a delivery time. Someone must be present to receive the delivery.
