How Hoshizaki USA Products Ship:

  • Ground Shipping: Smaller items such as benches, attachments, and accessories typically ship via FedEx or UPS in individual boxes.
  • Freight Shipping (Palletized): Larger machines, racks, multi-gyms, and heavy equipment ship via LTL freight on a pallet. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Important: If your order includes both ground and freight items, the warehouse may palletize everything together and ship it via freight to reduce damage and simplify delivery.

Delivery Timeline:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
  • Warehouse Handling: This product is expected to ship in 7-10 Business Days business days once processed.
  • Transit Time: Ground shipments typically arrive in 1–5 business days. Freight deliveries typically arrive in 3–10 business days depending on your location.
  • Delivery Appointment: For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Someone must be present to inspect and sign.

Freight Delivery Details: Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise arranged. The driver will bring the pallet to the end of your driveway or loading area.

Inspect Before Signing: Please inspect your shipment carefully before signing the delivery receipt. If there is visible damage, write “DAMAGED – SUBJECT TO INSPECTION” on the paperwork, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a claim if needed.
